Who is Diane Ratkovich ?

Diane founded Stable Wisdom Family Coaching to provide resources to help families build compassion and connection through unique experiences with horses, nature, movement, and meditation. Founded on personal experience as a single parent, the program offers conflict resolution and communication tools. With a background in human development, family therapy, equine-facilitated learning, and mediation, Diane helps families navigate challenges and strengthen relationships.

Who is Jayne Bailey ?

Jayne is a lifelong horsewoman and a graduate of Michigan State University Horse Management Program. She is a dedicated rider and trainer. She emphasizes deep understanding and communication between horses and people to create dynamic relationships that strongly consider the horse's opinion and feelings. Jayne believes that good horsemanship facilitates emotional growth and confidence in horses and humans alike.
Jayne also supports groups such as Detroit Horse Power and BridgeUP GiddyUP (based in Memphis TN) . These programs are designed to help empower youth through equine experiences, and inspire the next generation of riders of color. She is also a Board Member of the developing U.S. Equestrian Society which is working to raise the bar on professional education, horse welfare and safety, and ethics standards in the United States.
Jayne has a wealth of experience in helping people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and horses , through patience, mindfulness and attention. Her grounded approach to equine interactions allows the horse to mirror back to the person what could otherwise be overlooked. She enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge to support other's growth.
